Refund and Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Broken items will be replaced one time only. Proof must be sent via email and items must be returned. Once received, your new candle will be sent.

Candle Facts and Warnings
The burn time for ArrowdEssence candles is up to 6 times more efficient than paraffin or soy wax candles. Our gel candles burn longer and stronger. They are soot-free, non-toxic, burn cleanly, eco-friendly, and made with premium essential oils and non-polar dyes.
DO NOT MOVE THE CANDLE WHILE IT IS BURNING.
If the wick becomes covered with wax due to movement, it will no longer burn correctly.
Do not burn ArrowdEssence candles for more than 1–2 hours to avoid overheating. These candles have an approximate burn life of 100 hours. Replace the candle when it reaches ¼ cm from the bottom. Extinguish by placing the wooden lid on the candle to smother the flame.
Do not leave candles unattended and allow them to cool completely before moving.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Burn candles in a well-ventilated room. Keep away from drafts, vents, moisture, hair, and air currents.
Keep burning candles away from flammable materials. Always be aware of the candle’s surroundings while lit.
